Family Day 3: Spread the word!

Visual art is always a matter of communication. The artist often tries to express a personal story through his or her work. During our 3rd family day at Manifesta 9 we searched together with parents and their children for these particular stories in quite a refreshing way. By not only looking but also listening, smelling and feeling we soon all came to unexpected discoveries.

How do you communicate these experiences on your turn? Is this possible even without words? Together we developed a unique digital compilation, a gesammtwerk, that surprises everyone and makes sense to look at art in a totally different way.
